Hello Kitty Nails + Random NOTD

HI ALL!! I know many of you guys like hello kitty! Who doesn't'?! I love hello kitty.. Eversince I was in high school I've been collecting hello kitty stickers.. She's super cute right!? hehehe... I looked at my collection this morning and suddenly, an idea sparked in my head, a hello kitty inspired nail design.. I used to have a hello kitty bookmark that looks like the nail design that I made! Btw, I drew a hello kitty on the tip of my nails, using a very thin brush which came from Bornprettystore. I love that brush because it is very firm and the stroke is very accurate, making my freehand drawing hassle free... I don't have any problem using it... I also used m60 konad image plate, china glaze "lemon fizz" and china glaze "sugar high". Then I added a glittery top coat... It's very cute... Love my thumb nails...

NOTE: This product was sent to me as a gift. I made this review based on my own ideas and preference on how to use them. My opinions about the quality of the said products are based on my personal judgements
You don't have to be well dressed or have a lot of money to look and be classy. Class is what comes from the inside. It is your actions, reactions, facial expressions, ability to take a compliment, decline an invitation and overall how you carry yourself in life. I've met many women that are brash, rough around the edges and often just downright rude and not 'lady-like'. On the other hand I've had the pleasure of meeting many women who are polite, kind, helpful, are respectful of others, have pleasant facial expressions and certainly do know how to accept a compliment. These rare breeds of women simply make the decision to be classy, with or without money. In my observations and own personal upbringing this is what I have learned...
As any bride will tell you, weddings take a lot of preparation. Engagements are typically months or years long and during that time, most couples are actively preparing for their big day. As much planning and preparation as it takes to pull off a great event that is fun for everyone, it is important not to forget that all eyes will be on the bride. You will have your photo taken countless times throughout the day and you will be the center of attention from the moment the day begins until the end of the day when everyone heads home.

There are few people who would not want to look their absolute best in this situation. As soon as you decide to have a wedding, you should begin taking better care of yourself and incorporating healthier behavior into your life. One of the most important changes you can make in your life to improve your appearance is exercising on the regular basis. If you lack the funds to join a gym, bring used exercise equipment into your home. For an affordable price, you can get a used treadmill or used fitness equipment, giving you a chance to work out right in the comfort of your own home.

In addition to working out, be sure you are eating right. Including plenty of fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins in your diet will help you trim down and feel your best. It also improves your skin tone and makes your hair shinier. It can be tempting when you are busy with wedding tasks to blow off healthy meals and just grab something quick. Any time the urge hits to do this, just think about how much better you will look in your dress if you make the healthy choice.

If you like to paint your nails or have a pedicure once in a blue moon in your living room, you may not be thinking about salon treatments for your wedding. If you are typically a plain Jane, there is no reason to break out of your mold completely for the wedding. However, be sure to have your hair trimmed in preparation so it stays healthy and consider having your cosmetics professionally applied for the big day. You will be the center of many pictures and you want makeup that looks natural and photographs well.

Throwing the Best Little Girl's Birthday Party

To a little girl, birthdays are a big deal. In fact, when I asked an 8-year-old friend of mine what her favorite holiday was, she replied, "My birthday." Making a young girl's birthday memorable is an important and fun responsibility for parents. The best part of throwing a party for girls under the age of twelve is that you can be creative without breaking the bank. There are all sorts of ways to cut costs when it comes to planning your little darling's birthday party. One of the best ways to throw a memorable and exciting party is to use a popular party theme the majority of little girls will get giddy about-one example is a "Pretty as a Princess Party."

The first thing that needs to be taken into account before throwing a "Pretty as a Princess Party" is the location. One of the best ways to keep costs low is to host the party in your home. However, renting a room at party place is always a great option too. When making invitations for this party, a clever idea is to create the invitations on the computer and print them in a fancy, calligraphy font. The wording could say something along these lines: "Dear Princess, The honor of your presence is requested at a special party to celebrate the birthday of your dear princess friend. Please come dressed in your finest princess apparel and be prepared to have a magical time and feel glamorous!" After the invitations are printed, roll the invitations from the outsides towards the middle. This will make the invitation resemble an old-fashioned, scroll-looking proclamation. Tie the scroll with a pretty ribbon and hand-deliver the invitations to each of your daughter's friends.

When it comes to the actual party planning, there are several activity ideas you could incorporate to have hours of fun-filled partying. If you have a friend, babysitter or daughter in her teenage years, ask her if she would be willing to spend an hour doing nails or hair for the young princesses. It is a known fact that little girls idolize teenage girls, so a smart idea would be to get a teenager you respect and would like to see your daughter emulate. It would be a kind gesture to offer the teenager payment for her time; $10 would be sufficient. Asking for permission from the other parents to paint their daughter's nails, style their hair or perhaps even do a little makeup is recommended, because some mothers may prefer their daughter not be "made-over." These teenage girls could even teach the little girls a lesson about how to fix their own hair or give themselves a manicure.

Another fun party idea is to split all the party attendees into groups of three or four and allow them to make homemade wedding gowns! Let the girls use toilet paper to wrap one member of each group and turn her into a TP bride. Girls can express their creativity by adding a bouquet or veil and tuck the toilet paper into the selected bride's hair clips, clothing or accessories. A glamorous party favor idea for each of the guests is to fill a gift baggie with a fake princess tiara, Mardi-Gras beads and a package of princess fruit snacks.

Your little princess deserves nothing but the best when it comes to the party for the most important holiday of the year-her birthday! Remember, the day may come when the little princess may want to have a party outside the walls of your home with her teenage friends, but for now, just celebrate that you can host a party and have happy, darling little girls celebrating your daughter and partying in a wholesome, delightful, princess way.
